About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to support our HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing employee records, recruitment processes, and day-to-day office operations while ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and updated employee records such as personal files, attendance, and leave records.
* Manage office inventory, including record-keeping, procurement of supplies, and coordination with vendors.
* Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
* Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring proper documentation and smooth orientation.
* Contribute to planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal events.
* Provide administrative support, including documentation, printing, correspondence, handling day-to-day office operations, and assisting in tender submissions.
* Assist in the implementation of HR and administrative policies and procedures.
* Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR & Admin Manager to support departmental goals.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
* 0–2 years of HR & Admin experience.
* Strong communication and MS Office skills.
Desired Qualifications:
* Knowledge of HR systems and inventory/procurement processes.
* Prior experience in the IT industry.
